FAQ's and Support

1. Login to your account.
2. Your account details page will show your order history, and stored addresses.
3. Follow any of the linked details to view and modify your account information.

1. Click the "Create an Account" link in the upper right corner of the page.
2. Enter your name, email address and a password, then click Create.
3. You will receive a welcome email to your specified email address - follow the directions to access and manage your account. 

1. Click Sign In at the top right of your screen.
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter the email address you created your account under.
4. Check your email and follow the prompts in the email to reset your password.

1. For modifications on orders already placed, please contact us at info@tnlab.com or 865-724-1120. Depending on where the order is in processing, we will do whatever we can to ensure your order is corrected to meet your needs.
   

1. An email verification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Here you can find the tracking number to monitor shipping status. You may also opt in to receive text or email alerts of your shipping status.
