TN LAB Return Policy

For orders placed with our website at TNLab.com, we offer several options for returns of your orders.

1. Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase for unused equipment in original packaging. If items purchased from TNLab.com are used, they are not eligible for returns.
2. If an item ordered from TNLab.com is received broken, please send photos of the broken item in the original shipping box to return@tnlab.com for review. Once reviewed, a refund will be issued for original purchase price and email/phone notification will be sent to the email address or phone number on file.
3. If an item was purchased by mistake or does not fit your individual requirements, returns will be accepted if mailed within 30 days of order placement. Orders for items that were purchased by mistake or do not fit your individual requirements will be mailed back to TNLab.com at the purchaser's expense and once received and inspected, refunds will be offered once received.
