Our Quick & Easy Return Policy
For returns, call us (865 724-1120), or email (info@tnlab.com) to get instructions on how to return your item to us. We will ask for your reference number (found on the packing slip or invoice) and the reason for the return.

For damaged items, we will send a replacement immediately. All we ask is you provide a photo if the product as it arrived so we can ensure packaging quality to prevent further products damaged shipment.
